Your conversations and inquiries
Room Awareness uses the details you submit to understand your project and follow up. The inquiry can include your name, email, project description, timing, interests, phone number if you request a call, and a voice transcript if you choose to submit one.
Voice and AI assistance
Starting a voice conversation sends microphone audio to OpenAI to provide the owl’s responses. You can mute or end the conversation at any time. The form can also use OpenAI to prepare a draft from your transcript when you request that step. You review your details before submitting them to Room Awareness. You can use the form without starting a voice conversation.
Where submitted details go
Submitted inquiries are stored in the site’s database, queued for email delivery, and copied to a Google document shared with the Room Awareness team. OpenAI provides the site’s hosting and AI services; Google services support the team’s email and lead document. Avoid including passwords, financial details, health information, or other sensitive records in your inquiry.
Follow-up choices
Submitting an inquiry authorizes a response and an emailed copy of your conversation. Marketing and project follow-up emails require the separate optional checkbox. You can unsubscribe using the link in those emails.
Service operation
The site uses limited request information to prevent abuse and manage service availability. Google Ads measurement loads only if you choose Allow measurement. It uses cookies, ad-click identifiers, device and browser information, and successful inquiry events to help measure advertising performance. We send a random inquiry identifier to avoid counting the same submission twice, but do not include your form answers, email, phone number, or transcript in advertising events. Enhanced conversions and ad personalization are not enabled. Your cookie choice is stored on your device for up to 180 days. Use Cookie choices in the footer to change it; declining does not affect the inquiry form. Google may also process technical information needed to deliver these services. See how Google uses information from partner sites. Choosing not to use the microphone does not prevent you from sending an inquiry.
Questions or requests about your information
Use our conversational inquiry form to request access, correction, or deletion of information you previously submitted. Tell us which inquiry your request concerns, without including sensitive information. The team may need to verify the request before acting.
